Working process:
Put the battery into the battery tray; Press the left and right operation control buttons in front of the operating table, the machine will automatically transfer the battery in the turntable to the packaging position, the lower and upper heat seal action to heat seal the battery side, the heat seal returned to the original position after the specified time of holding pressure; When the next battery is transferred, take out the last sealed battery.
If no battery is installed in the disk, the corresponding upper and lower heat seals will not be hot sealed.
The machine is touch screen display, PLC control. Top and side sealing pressure and cylinder stroke can be adjusted. The machine is equipped with safety grating, if there is a body in the work will make the machine immediately automatically reset, safe and reliable.
