This automatic battery sealing machine is used to realize the automatic sealing of cylindrical batteries after electrolyte filling. The machine uses the connected plate conveying line to convey the batteries. The first, second, third and pier sealing of the batteries are realized by the intermittent feeding of the material distribution device. At the same time, the height of the batteries during sealing is controlled and adjusted by the precise pneumatic pressurization mechanism to ensure the consistency of the height of the batteries after sealing. In order to ensure the production efficiency of the equipment, the equipment adopts the working mode of single station sealing machine, and the mechanical driving power mechanism is used to control the driving stamping during sealing; The sealing die adopts a four column integral die with specific and high-precision ball guide column.
Equipment action flow
Put the battery filled with electrolyte into the sealing assembly line → battery transportation → automatic material distribution by the material distribution mechanism → intermittent feeding mechanism ensures the intermittent transportation of the battery at a fixed pitch → battery positioning and clamping → automatic first sealing → automatic second sealing → automatic third sealing → pier sealing (height adjustment) → battery discharging.
