The furnace takes the resistance wire as the heating element, adopts the double-layer shell structure and 31 section program temperature control system, phase-shifting trigger and thyristor control. The furnace adopts fully imported high-purity alumina fiber, vacuum formed fiber and light plate material. Double furnace structure is adopted. The furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall rate, energy saving and so on.

Air cooling system |
The fan impeller is directly installed at the bottom of the double-layer furnace shell and assembled with the control system. When the furnace is heated, air cooling can reduce the surface temperature of the furnace shell and protect the heat dissipation of electrical appliances, make personnel operation safer and improve efficiency.

Refractory material |
The furnace lining adopts imported high-purity alumina fiber, vacuum formed fiber material and light hollow aluminum oxide plate. It has high service temperature, small heat storage capacity, rapid heat and cold resistance, no crack, no slag falling and good thermal insulation performance (the energy-saving effect is more than 80% of that of the old electric furnace).
