1. Equipment Model
Universal(3600/750/900)
Four stations, 1800 double stations on the left are connected to 1800 double stations on the right through T-shaped bin, single-sided operation, independent cabinet single column purification unit, PLC control and touch screen operation, vacuum pump, bracket are integrated on the left and right sides, and a closed box is provided with inclined operation surface and removable safety glass front window.
Under the standard condition, i.e. constant temperature of 20 ºC, a standard atmospheric pressure, 99.999% inert gas source, and the water oxygen index is less than 1 ppm.

2. Fuction
  1. Closed cycle
The inert gas in the glove box is closed and circulates through the circulating fan and purifier to continuously remove water and oxygen
  1. Automatic control regeneration
The deaeration material can be regenerated, and the regeneration process is controlled by the program
  1. Automatic cleaning
The atmosphere in the glove box is replaced by an automatically controlled cleaning valve
  1. Box pressure control
The pressure in the glove box is automatically controlled by PLC, which can be set freely, and the system can automatically protect the pressure beyond the range of + / - 12mbar
  1. Automatic control of vacuum pump
The vacuum pump starts automatically when the system requires it

3. Basic configuration
  1. Two 304 stainless steel boxes, 1800mm length, connected by T-shaped bin in the middle, acid resistant, 3mm in thickness
  2. 1 large transition tank made of stainless steel, 360mm diameter, 600mm length, three doors, located in the middle of two boxes
  3. One T-shaped small crossover cabin made of stainless steel, with diameter of 150 mm and length of 800 mm, extending to the left and right sides of glove box by 100 mm, three doors, located in the middle of two boxes
  4. Two large transition tanks made of stainless steel, 360mm in diameter and 600mm in length, are respectively located on the left and right sides of the glove box, and the right large compartment has heating function. The temperature range is 25-200 ± 1 ºC.

HF removal device Located in a separate purification cabinet
Size: diameter 237mm, height 407mm, thickness 0.3mm
Material: 304 stainless steel
Fill 9kg alumina particles. Connected with the main circulation pipeline, the circulation gas can first flow through the HF removal device to absorb HF in the gas. Controlled by manual ball valve, it can quickly change adsorption materials, and will not damage the circulation atmosphere.

7. Acceptance criteria
Under the standard condition, i.e. 200ºC constant temperature, a standard atmospheric pressure, 99.999% inert gas source, and operating in an empty tank, the water oxygen index is less than 1 ppm.
