The TOB-BDP100-S battery stacking machine is mainly used for Z-shaped stack assembly of positive and negative electrodes and separators in lithium battery cells. Manual loading, subsequent electrode position correction, and automatic stacking process are completed, resulting in high stacking efficiency and precision. Different sizes can be achieved by adjusting the fixture, which is very suitable for the development and sample production of stacked lithium-ion batteries. The desktop structure design of this device can be placed in a glove box for use; The equipment adopts a single cantilever structure design, with automatic constant tension control of the coil isolation film.
