Application:
TOB-BL-2510 used for adhesive, adhesive tape, adhesive stickers, medical patch, protective film, release paper, composite film, thin film, paper, lithium ion battery foil material (copper foil,aluminum foil,electrode, welding effect)and other related products of 180 degree peeling performance test. Can accurately measure the initial viscosity force value. Through high-precision imported brand sensors, ensure accurate and reliable data, products meet FINAT, ASTM and other international standards, widely used in research institutions, adhesive products enterprises, quality inspection institutions and other units.

Measure principle:
The test sample adhesive face to the standard board,was rolled three times with the standard roller, placed for more than 20 minutes, and then mounted on the test machine. The specimen and the test plate were stripped at 180°. The force value sensor recorded the force value during the stripping process, and then divided by the sample stripping width to obtain the final peeling strength.
