This TOB-1LP-2000-CWS laser welding system is suitable for the lid welding and filling hole welding of prismatic cells. This laser welding system is suitable for prismatic cell laboratory and production. The system adopts IPG laser, CCD vision system, dust collector, chiller, etc.

This laser welding system is mainly used to realize automatic laser welding, pre-welding and full welding between upper cover and casel also filling port of the power battery. During the operation, the device is not allowed to cause any damage such as scratches to the surface or interior of the battery.
