1 TOB-TBJ-200 Lab coating machine is a compact Roll to Roll continuous coater for battery electrode sheets with a small size for battery research labs.
2This coating system integrates the functions of reeling in and out, slurry feeder, coating blade, baking oven, and final electrode winding (reeling in). It can coat electrode sheets up to 180mm in width and 500 meter in length automatically.
3This lab coating machine is mainly used for LFP, LCO, LMO and NCM system battery cathode and anode electrode continuous coating.
4The Lab coating machine is with four Direction wheel in bottom, it can be removed easily for laboratory use.
