This TOB-LFH-200 lithium and copper foil rolling composite machine is designed for solid state battery anode making.

(1) Masterbatch (PP film coated) Incoming size.

Lithium strips width ≤ 200mm, 30umm ≤ thickness ≤ 50um, rolled material outside diameter ≥ ¢ 350mm, weight > 8kg;

Copper film width ≤ 240mm, copper film thickness ≤ (6 ~ 10) um. copper roll material outside diameter ≤ ¢ 300 mm, the weight after winding ≥ 20kg.

(2) It can realize single and double-sided laminating function with copper foil, and the surface of the product is free of wrinkles and defects after laminating the lithium strips and copper foil;

(3) Alignment of front and back or single side edges of lithium strips and copper foil after lamination:<±1mm;Ductility in width direction:≈5.0-6.0%.

(4) When double-sided copper foil is wrapped, PP film should be used as a protective layer between each layer (wrapped with PP film), and the winding length of the product should be>1000m.

(5) Acceptance blueprint: Thickness 20um, width 130 lithium strips can realize the copper foil single, double-sided lamination, winding length > 500m.

 

Equipment Technical Parameters

1. The incoming material is lithium strip coated with PP film. By using a stripping and flattening roller device, the lithium strip can be well separated from the PP film before entering the lamination process. The separated PP film is individually wound by the winding mechanism

2. Production speed of the entire machine: 3m/min ≤ V ≤ 30m/min.

3. The laminating machine is designed with an independent PP film unwinding mechanism to achieve double-sided lithium coating on copper foil strips; In order to roll up, PP film must be used as a protective layer between each layer of laminating tape.

4. Equipped with a complete set of automatic control system for winding tension, achieving tension control for different materials to ensure that the product is not stretched during the winding process.

5. The incoming material unwinding mechanism, PET film unwinding mechanism, copper foil unwinding mechanism, PP film unwinding mechanism, etc. adopt active unwinding mechanism and automatic deviation correction system to ensure alignment accuracy; Deviation correction accuracy ± 0.2mm;

6. The release film PET (PP) winding and unwinding mechanism is equipped with a static electricity removal device;

7. The product winding mechanism should not only meet the winding requirements of 3-inch core (outer diameter 350mm), but also meet the winding requirements of inner hole¢20 reel.

8. The maximum pressure of lithium copper cladding is 10T (single side 5T), and the servo automatically adjusts, with digital display of clearance and pressure;

9. The laminating roller should achieve mutual switching between differential and same speed.

10. After installation, the cumulative error of the laminating roller (including runout error, parallelism error, assembly error, etc.) should be ≤ 3um, and the surface should be smooth and free of defects such as cracks, indentations, spots, scratches, etc. The hardness of the roller body should be>HRC65, and the surface coating hardness should be>HRC75.

11. This machine is equipped with a copper foil corona generator to meet the process requirements for copper foil surface treatment.
