The battery electrolyte filling machine is used for the electrolyte injection process of supercapacitor. Adopt vacuum first, electrolyte injection later and then add pressure, the electrolyte absorption is high consistent, reliable and complete.

The working process is as follows: after the capacitor is loaded into the bracket and positioned, it automatically rises and aligns with the injector nozzle to inject liquid after pumping high vacuum. The number of pumping low vacuum and pressurizing cycles can be set freely until the injection is completed.

 

Main features and product appearance:

- Because the super capacitor electrolyte has strong corrosion resistance, easy to crystallization into solid features, it is easy to make the valve and pipeline jam can't injection fluid is normal work, dealing with the corrosive, crystallization of the use of harsh environment, we have several super capacitor customer liquid injection of actual combat experience, and constantly to modify filled fluid structure of the valve components piping layout optimization, Completely solve the problem of corrosion crystallization.

- Adopt multi-stage filter device and special material adsorption system to ensure the valve pipeline is unobstructed effectively, and protect the vacuum pump from corrosion, damage and blockage, unable to open the pump blade and vacuum.

- The electrolyte rarely expose inside the glove box during the liquid injection process, which greatly reduces volatilization and corrosion other glove box components.

- Because of the high water content as use electrolyte solvent(DMC) and clean often, the glove box must be filled with nitrogen to purify the precipitation, which costs a lot and wastes a lot of time. This tube and the filtering device layout in the glove box where personnel is easy to operate, filtering device convenient dismounting, eliminate redundant cumulative residual liquid, greatly reduce the washing time, another in case in a joint pipeline jam and DMC still cannot clean, can be easily through the glove box opening operation, to dismantle pipe dredge, no need removed the glass and into the glove box to dismantle pipe dredge,and then also need do purification to maintain the working environment.

- With the function of DMC cleaning, mainly to deal with monthly and quarterly cleaning,make the pipeline be clean.

- The use of special double-way pneumatic valve is not blocked, the interior is SUS316 and PTFE materials with strong anti-corrosion properties.

- With extremely high metering accuracy and repeated consistency, electrolyte accuracy ±1%

- Vacuum first and then liquid injection, after liquid injection, vacuum and pressure alternate static mode, high efficiency, accurate accuracy, easy and reliable operation.

- Vacuum time, high vacuum value, low vacuum value, liquid injection volume, standing time, pressurized pressure time, pressure relief time can be set and adjusted.

Remarks:

1. The key parts of the equipment are made of stainless steel 304,316 and other anti-corrosion and

anti-alkali materials,whole machine with high corrosion and alkali resistance.

Suitable for diameter 35-80mm of supercapacitor products;height 50-204mm can be custom. But one filling die is only suitable for one size, different model need different dies.

Injection accuracy: ± 1%.

Injection volume: 0 - 250ml adjustable (one time filling volume suggest not over 200ml. If over 200ml suggest to do filling two times,can set the step program)

Vacuum: the vacuum pressure should be kept above -98kPa during filling (vacuum provide by buyer).

Vacuum time, low vacuum degree, filling and standing time, pressure and time can be set and adjusted.

The joint of the filling tank is made of stainless steel, the hose is made of corrosion-resistant PE hose, the body is made of 6 series aluminum alloy, and the whole machine is corrosion-resistant.

Capacity: 6PCS /12 minute (It takes 12 minutes for one injection cycle for 60130 product).

Nitrogen (consistent with glove box working gas) : ≥ 0.4Mpa.
