The multi-layer wet spinning machine is a chemical fiber spinning method in which the polymer is dissolved in a solvent, a fine stream is sprayed out through the spinneret hole and enters the coagulation bath to form fibers. The fiber-forming polymer suitable for wet spinning should have the characteristics that its decomposition temperature is lower than the melting point or it is easy to change color when heated, and it can be dissolved in an appropriate solvent. Synthetic fibers such as polyacrylonitrile fibers and PE fibers and man-made fibers such as viscose fibers and cupro fibers can be produced by wet spinning.
Scope of application: It is suitable for verifying the possibility of wet spinning of materials and exploring the performance parameters of material spinning.
Applicable materials: polyacrylonitrile, polyvinyl alcohol, rubber, chitin, vinylon, aramid, acrylic, polyvinyl chloride, ordinary viscose.
