This high precision dry electrode film rolling composite machine integrates the coating and drying process of conductive adhesive for current collector and the dry electrode film laminated process.
Firstly, a coating machine is used to apply conductive adhesive to the current collector foil. After being oven-drying, laminating and rolling press the dry electrode film and current collector foil. So that the two dry electrode film layers can be very uniform laminated on the current collector foil, forming the finished dry electrode sheet.

Device Installation Requirements
1. Power supply: 3PH 380V, 50HZ, voltage fluctuation range: +8% ~ -8%; Total power supply 30KW plus 10% safety factor.
2. Compressed air: after drying, filtering and pressure stabilization, the outlet pressure is greater than 0.6 ~ 0.8mpa; The trachea was φ8.
3. Ambient temperature:≤28ºC.
4. Relative humidity: RH≤85%.
5. Ensure that the air on site is dry and free from acid and alkali corrosion.
6. Host installation foundation: the cement thickness of the foundation in the main load-bearing area shall not be less than 20cm, and the other areas shall not be less than 10cm; The main part of the equipment (battery pole mill) shall be installed on a concrete foundation with a ground bearing capacity of not less than 1.5 T /m2.
