Main components
Aluminum laminated film servo motor automatic unwinding, deviation correction, film connecting, tension control mechanism
1. Aluminum laminated film tension control is electric proportional valve + low-friction cylinder + potentiometer combined with servo motor to control the tension.
2. The aluminum laminated film is automatically unrolled by a servo motor, and is equipped with an edge correction device. The aluminum laminated film has a connecting platform: when receiving the film, the cylinder on both sides presses the film belt.
3. The aluminum laminated film is easy to load and connect. There are scales on both sides of the belt connection platform and the inflatable shaft.
Aluminum laminatedfilm dust removal and preheating mechanism
1. The aluminum laminated film is equipped with a dust removal device, and the touch screen can choose whether to use this function.
2. Before punching, it is equipped with static removal device, and the unwinding part and cutting part are equipped with dust removal device.
3. Equipped with aluminum laminated film preheating device.
4. Equipped with a sensor for detecting the film belt, before punching, if the film is sensed out, will not to do punching.
Automatic cutting and feeding mechanism
1. The cutter adopts heat-treated material, which has high wear resistance.
2. The cutter adopts the method of profiling, and it is installed directly after grinding the cutter without debugging.
3. The cutter position adjustment adopts servo screw adjustment, and the length can be set directly on the touch screen, can set multiple cutting. The upper and lower cutters are inlaid with tungsten steel.
4. The cross-cutting mechanism is equipped with a PVC transparent protective cover.
5. Feeding method: after cutting, the pulling servo motor controls the screw rod to drive the pulling, and the trimming accuracy is ± 0.2mm.
6. Position of longitudinal cutter: servo motor is used to control the screw drive to adjust the position of cutter, which can be set on the touch screen.
