The furnace takes the resistance wire as the heating element, adopts the double-layer shell structure and 30 section program temperature control system, phase-shifting trigger and thyristor control. The furnace adopts fully imported high-purity alumina fiber, vacuum formed fiber and light plate material. Double furnace structure is adopted. The furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall rate, energy saving and so on.

It adopts international advanced technology, self-developed new type with high performance and high energy saving, and adopts energy-saving ceramic fiber material double-layer structure, which can reduce the external temperature to normal temperature and make the temperature distribution in the inner cavity uniform.

Control mode

Control mode: full automatic control system, which can run automatically from room temperature to set temperature. The system is controlled by thyristor, and the temperature control system is modularized, with simple structure and convenient maintenance. It adopts Yudian instrument, imported thyristor control, programmable 30 sections, multi-section power limiting function, multi group PID parameter self-tuning function, free setting of constant temperature and insulation curve, non-interference switching function, and the instrument has the function of temperature correction and compensation.

Air cooling system

The fan impeller is directly installed at the bottom of the double-layer furnace shell and assembled with the control system. When the furnace is heated, air cooling can reduce the surface temperature of the furnace shell and protect the heat dissipation of electrical appliances, make personnel operation safer and improve efficiency.

Refractory material

The furnace lining adopts imported high-purity alumina fiber, vacuum formed fiber material and light hollow aluminum oxide plate. It has high service temperature, small heat storage capacity, rapid heat and cold resistance, no crack, no slag falling and good thermal insulation performance (the energy-saving effect is more than 80% of that of the old electric furnace). Double furnace structure, which not only has fast heating speed, but also has the characteristics of strong and durable, and no collapse in long-term use.

Thermal insulation material

Imported alumina multi fiber insulation material, the insulation layer is 120mm.

Shell

It is welded by steel plate and profile, and the shell is equipped with detachable protective plate, which adopts electrostatic spraying and paint baking. Fine workmanship and elegant appearance.

Furnace structure

Double layer furnace shell structure, air cooling circulation, reduce the shell temperature, and the shell surface temperature is less than 55ºC. The surface of the inner furnace is coated with high-temperature alumina coating, which can improve the heating efficiency of the equipment and prolong the service life of the instrument.

The opening between the furnace door and the furnace body is secured by a stainless steel lock ring connected by hinges.

Furnace structure feature

The furnace body is heated on all four sides, including heating elements, thermocouples, and controllers. Part of the furnace materials are composed of ceramic fiber materials and hollow spherical alumina. The upper part of the furnace is a mesh furnace cover, and the carbon steel plate on the side of the furnace body is 3mm. In order to prevent heat loss in the form of thermal radiation, double furnace door seals are used.
