1 Equipment function description and technique process
1.1 Equipment function: this machine is used for the stacking of Pouch cell. The working process is as follows: the separator is unwinding actively, and the separator is deflected, the ferry and the tension mechanism are introduced into the platform; the platform moves the diaphragm back and forth to reciprocate to place the pole piece; the suction cup is accurately positioned and stacked on the platform;

4 Equipment features

5 Equipment composition
1) Separator unwinding mechanism (1set):
The separator is fixed by a self-made mechanical expansion shaft, and the separator is equipped with a rectifying device;Direct drive by motor, program control automatic unwinding;
2)Separator tension mechanism (1 set):
The floating roller method is used to drive the motor;
3) Pole handling and positioning mechanism (2 sets):
The cathode and anode electrode transport mechanisms are independently arranged and can be adjusted separately;
The cylinder pushes the manipulator and uses mechanical positioning; Carrying the electrode piece by suction cup to effectively protect the electrode piece;
There are cathode and anode plate positioning devices, and the positioning plate is processed according to the size of the electrode piece, which is convenient to adjust.
4) Pole piece device (1 set):
