Working principle: 

The high precision electric metering pump utilizes the connection between the coupling and the stepping motor to drivethe reciprocating rotation of the plunger rod in the ceramic chamber to form a reciprocating valve direction switch between the inlet and outlet, in order to achieve the precise control of the liquid medium inlet and outlet of the work goal.

 

Technical process:

preparation of the power supply and liquid medium→the plunger rod rotates the chamber to suck liquid into the chamber→after the plunger rod rotating through the liquid inlet, close the liquid inlet→the plunger rod continues to rotate to discharge thechamber liquid→after the plunger rod rotating through the liquid outlet, close the liquid outlet.

 

Main features:

1. Suitable for high-end trace of precision liquid media metering filling, adding, filling, spraying, marking. With valve-free design, the flow rate is very stable and the flow accuracy is within ±3‰.

2. The pump core material is made of special industrial ceramics (Zirconia, Alumina), which has advantages of high wear resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and long service life.

3. With anti-chemical reaction, contact medium parts are ceramic.

4. The pump core and pump sleeve are processed by the most advanced nanotechnology and gel injection molding technology, with uniform microstructure and high density. The pairing accuracy is quite high, achieving self-sealing, self-moistening top-grade ceramic technology, without additional seals and lubricants.

5. Pump sleeve and component mechanism with acid resistance, alkali resistance, etc., can adapt to a variety of harsh environment of liquid occasions measurement.

6. The design structure is positive displacement plunger structure with reciprocating rotation operation, by adjusting the stroke length/rotation period to change the flow size.

7. No waste, no bubbles, no leakage, no spot liquid, no blockage.
