The TOB-ASCC-20 automatic coin cell assembly all-in-one machine is suitable for the whole process of coin cells assembly. It integrates all functions of coin cell assembly process, including preparation tray manual loading, assembly area automatic loading, electrolyte filling and coin cell case sealing. It is equipped with CCD visual inspection function to record the electrode sheet alignment and coating quality of each cell.
This automatic coin cell assembly machine has a high level of automation. It realizes automatic switching of the material tray. The equipment is small and can be placed in a glove box for operation. Just change the material tray specifications to adapt to different types of coin cells packaging.

Working process description:
1. Manually put the materials into multiple trays (one tray corresponds to one cell) and place the trays on the machine.
2. Set relevant parameters (number of cells, filling volume, running speed, etc.).
3. Start the operation, the equipment grabs the materials in turn and places them on the mold, and then seals the coin cell case after electrolyte filling.
4. After the packaging is completed, the cell is placed on the corresponding tray, reset the tray, and the robot automatically switches the tray.
5. Package again until completed.
