Material dispersion instrument, also known as ultrasonic disperser, ultrasonic cell crusher and emulsification disperser, uses the ultrasonic cavitation effect of ultrasonic to disperse agglomerated particles. It puts the particle suspension (liquid) to be processed into an ultrasonic field and processes it with appropriate ultrasonic amplitude and action time. Due to the inherent characteristics of powder particle agglomeration, for some powders that are not well dispersed in the medium, an appropriate amount of dispersant can be added to maintain a stable dispersion state. This product has recently been particularly suitable for dispersing nanomaterials and disrupting cells. It has good results and is attracting attention.

 

1. Fully sealed structure, a variety of gases can be introduced to participate in the reaction.

2. The ultrasonic horn is immersed and has good processing effect.

3. Ultrasonic power is continuously adjustable from 50 to 1000W.

4. The ultrasonic pulse excitation device can be turned off independently, the pulse excitation time is adjustable, and the number of pulses is automatically counted and controlled.

5. The part of the ultrasonic transducer that is in contact with the liquid can be made of titanium metal, which is corrosion resistant.

6. Glass double-layer jacketed reactor, a variety of 50~800mL reactors are available.

7. Jacketed reaction volume can be connected to cold water or oil bath to achieve precise temperature control.

8. The temperature sensing elements used for temperature control and display can be directly immersed in the reaction system.

9. The reactor can be connected to various chemical synthesis device accessories such as reflux condenser, feeding funnel, gas introduction bubbler, vacuum exhaust pipe, etc. Chemical synthesis reaction device kits and trace organic synthesis kits are optional.

10. The ultrasonic horn and the reactor are connected with a special sealing joint. It is equipped with various accessories to seal the casing inserted into the reactor, and the reactor is completely closed.
