Sulfur content is 75% (the range within 30%~80% could be customized), particle size D10=5 um, D50 = 15um, Dmax = 33 um, tap density, 0.37 g/cm3.

 

Coin cell CR2032 battery performance: 

Experimental conditions: single-sided loading 5.5 mg cm-2, 91 wt% sulfur-carbon composite material, 3 wt% Ketjen black(ECP), 6 wt% PVDF (Arkema HSV900). Electrolyte 1 M LITFSI 2 wt% LNO3 in DOL/DME (1/1, v/v, liquid sulfur ratio: 14).

0.1C first capacity is 1180mAh/g, 50 cycles 1000mAh/g (still testing);
