Sodium Ion Battery Vacuum Sealing Machine For Pouch Cell

This device is mainly applied to flexible packaging (medium and small size) lithium battery in the injection of liquid after standing vacuum, hot compression package; simple secondary packaging.

Main features:
1)The head is made of copper material, with good heat transfer effect to save electricity consumption and improve working efficiency, energy saving than similar products;
2) The pressure of the upper and lower heads can be adjusted by regulators to achieve different process parameters;
3) The upper and lower heads are guided by two linear guide bushings driven by cylinders, with flexible up and down movement and accurate guidance to ensure the parallelism of the product after sealing;
4) with automatic puncture function;
