High quality lithium battery pouch cell requirements of external gas, water vapor has absolute barrier, cell gas and most of the battery tabs relationship. So the manufacture of battery tabs is very important.

Nickel plated copper (Ni-Cu) battery tabs : used as a anode tabs, mainly used in power batteries and high rate batteries.

1) Width of Aluminum, Nickel, Ni-Cu metal strip: 1~150mm (maximum 300mm can be customized according to customer requirements)
Thickness of metal belt: 0.05~0.3mm (maximum thickness 0.5mm according to customer requirements)

2) Length of the battery tabs adhesive : 4~20mm
Thickness  of the battery tabs adhesive : 0.072mm, 0.1mm(black\yellow),  0.8mm(white)
